Registrations are open but numbers are limited. Registration will close 19-March-2025 (or earlier if sold out prior).
Event Registration $11 – close 19th March if not sold out before. Please ensure vehicle registration details are correct. Fines will apply. If a member gets a new car or puts new rego plates on their vehicle we will need to be informed so we can update the vehicle details with QPWS the member will need to complete the updated vehicle rego form https://www.4wdqld.com.au/kcu-update-vehicle-rego prior to 20th April.
Meals Adult $16.50ea Kids $8.50 – meal orders will close 5th May
Merchandise – mug $10ea, event sublimated shirt $45ea available in blue and pink including short or long sleeve, outdoor shirts $65ea long or short sleeve and hoodies $50ea available for sale in the K’gari Shop
Mantaray Barges (Inskip to K’gari) $100 4wd return and $180 4wd and trailer / caravan
Sealink K’gari (River Heads to Kingfisher Bay Resort) $105 4wd return and $135 4wd and trailer / caravan – online booking only, code is required – please let me know if anyone will require code and I can request.
The beach cleaning is completed on both Saturday and Sunday and depending on where you are camping will depend on your beach cleaning day. (Saturday beach cleaning is conducted north of the Maheno and Sunday is south of the Maheno). Camping allocations will not be completed or allocated until after registrations closed mid-March
