All persons participating in this trip acknowledge that the activities thereon can be inherently dangerous and that they undertake this trip of their own free will, accepting full responsibility for their own actions at all times whilst engaged on the trip.
All persons participating in this trip hereby agree to indemnify, and keep indemnified, the Toyota Landcruiser Club (Qld) Inc, its authorised officers, the trip leader and his/her assistants from all claims and litigation howsoever arising.
Guardians should agree and accept for participants under 18 year old who are in their care for the duration of the trip.
By acknowledging the indemnity clause on my trip booking, I hereby certify that I have read, understood and agree to the above indemnity.
